The room was clean and had air conditioning and a fridge. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the tourist center and train station. The staff were responsive and nice.

Comfortable base for 1 night. Lots of supplies in the room: a mini-bar, a work desk and a television with satellite channels. There were a supermarket and an open market around the hotel.

We enjoyed location and staff, the hotel has essentials you need for easter. The rooms with a big balcony, all necessities, for example.

During my recent stay at a hotel in Florence, I was actually surprised by the close proximity to the train station. It was such an easy walk to and from the station, making it convenient for exploring the city. Despite the room being a bit dated in terms of decor, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size, not too small. One of the highlights of my stay was the helpful gentleman at the front desk. He marked a map for me and gave me great tips for a walking tour of the major attractions in the city. The breakfast offered a good variety of options including cereals, yogurts, croissants, meat, cheeses. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and helpful service.

Excellent location in the heart of the city - just a stone's throw away from the Santa Maria Novella station. Attentive staff who go the extra mile - they even packed a breakfast for me when I had an early tour the next day.
