During my recent stay at a hotel in Florence, I was actually surprised by the close proximity to the train station. It was such an easy walk to and from the station, making it convenient for exploring the city. Despite the room being a bit dated in terms of decor, it was clean and the bed was comfortable. The bathroom was also a good size, not too small. One of the highlights of my stay was the helpful gentleman at the front desk. He marked a map for me and gave me great tips for a walking tour of the major attractions in the city. The breakfast offered a good variety of options including cereals, yogurts, croissants, meat, cheeses. I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location and helpful service.

Excellent location in the heart of the city - just a stone's throw away from the Santa Maria Novella station. Attentive staff who go the extra mile - they even packed a breakfast for me when I had an early tour the next day. Good value for money - with breakfast included and a variety of options to choose from.

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. They were professional and provided us with useful information and directions. The rooms were clean and spacious, offering enough space for our belongings. The key location of the hotel made it convenient for us to explore the nearby attractions and the city center. the complimentary breakfast provided was a nice touch, great to start our day off right.
In terms of its facilities. Some rooms seemed tired and in need of maintenance, with broken doors and cupboards.
